SALES ENGINEER, Special Accounts (Contact Human Resources)

Position Summary: Sales responsibilities for high technology range of machine tools. Includes customer visits and product presentation.
Minimum Requirements: Technical Education: e.g. machine shop apprenticeship, technical college or university degree (mechanical, manufacturing). At least three years of direct or indirect machine tool experience (e.g. selling of cutting tools, etc.). Good verbal presentation skills.

C.N.C. SERVICE ENGINEER (Contact Human Resources)

Position Summary: Install, troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes, milling machines and machining centers at customers' location.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of previous CNC troubleshooting experience - mechanical, electrical and/or electronic. Ability to travel, mostly within Ontario. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls an asset.
 

CNC APPLICATION ENGINEER (Contact Human Resources)

Position Summary: Analysis of various customer manufacturing requirements and problem solving by using available company products and services. Projects will range from simple time studies to complex multi-machine turnkey systems. Post sales customer training is also part of everyday responsibilities. Good communication skills are essential.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years manufacturing background, with excellent knowledge of CNC programming (lathes, milling machines and/or machining centers), tooling, fixtures and machine setup. Knowledge of CAD/CAM a definite asset. Ability to travel within Canada and USA (for training).
